Crossy Hop

Crossy Hop is a mobile-first Poe lane-crossing game inspired by the viral rhythm of road-and-river crossing games, but with an original clover courier theme. Swipe or tap to hop across a blocky meadow highway, dodge cars and trains, ride logs over rivers, collect lucky clovers, and keep moving before the hop fog catches up.

The game is built around deterministic pure logic: seeded lane generation, moving hazards, river platforms, collisions, distance scoring, coin pickups, idle danger, and terminal states live outside the renderer. The UI projects that state into a tactile Poe iframe scene with stable entity IDs so vehicles, logs, coins, and the player are updated in place rather than recreated every tick.

Crossy Hop uses synced-store to persist the current run, seed, full game snapshot, score/progress, terminal state, action log, and semantic event IDs. That makes the run offline-safe and resumable after closing and reopening the Poe app.

Controls:

  • Tap the center or press ↑ to hop forward.
  • Tap the left/right side or press ←/→ to side-step.
  • Land on logs to cross water.
  • Avoid cars, trucks, and trains.
  • Keep hopping; idling too long ends the run.

Designed for phone-shaped Poe feed iframes first, with safe-area-aware controls, reduced-motion support, and a representative active-play listing screenshot.
