Lantern Quest is an original cooperative board game about heroes carrying light through an old dungeon. Players share a synced 3D board, move hero pawns between room nodes, strike shadow stones, and brighten four lantern seals before the party's light runs out.

What you can do

• Claim hero roles with distinct strengths: the Lantern Warden clears faster, the Gate Runner moves freely, and the Rune Keeper kindles anywhere.
• Tap the board directly to select rooms, move along visible routes, and strike shadows from the current room.
• Coordinate shared objectives by completing four public seal tracks while watching light and surge counters.
• Play together live with synced-store state, deterministic mutators, and an authoritative shared game row.
• Use mobile-first controls with large transparent room hit targets and a bottom action bar for frequent moves.

Built on Synced-Store

All game state is public cooperative board state: hero seats, room shadows, seal progress, active turns, light, and logs are stored in synced-store so every participant sees the same board.
