Word Forge is an original two-player word-tile board game for Poe. Players claim Iron or Copper, tap letter tiles from a compact rack, place them on a five-by-five 3D forge plate, and submit straight connected words for custom forge scoring.

• 3D board and rack: Three.js renders the forge plate, letter tiles, scoring cells, and rack while transparent HTML hit targets keep taps reliable.
• Synced turns: synced-store owns seats, racks, board tiles, draft placements, scores, turn order, and reset modes.
• Original scoring: The center anvil doubles a submitted word, coal cells double placed letters, spark cells add heat, and a full-rack word earns a forge bonus.
• Drill mode: The deterministic drill starts with FORGE and BLAZE so tests and first plays can exercise a complete opening quickly.

The game is Scrabble-inspired only in the broad idea of placing letter tiles to form words. It uses its own name, theme, art direction, board size, bonus layout, terminology, and scoring text.
